Markets rarely send one clean warning. A change in liquidity may matter only when correlations also tighten; an unusual imbalance may become important only after the volatility regime changes. Most market tools present each observation separately and leave the user to keep returning, comparing and remembering.
Fahali is introducing a different operating model: owner-authorized autonomous market monitoring. Within its current production boundary, the system can keep supported long-only assets under watch, evaluate them on a configured schedule or authorized refresh, identify a material change, preserve the evidence and bring the case back to a human.
The autonomy is over attention, not money. Fahali does not select an asset, rebalance an account, generate or route an order, access a broker, hold custody or move capital. Every financial decision remains with a person.
Continuous attention becomes the product
A dashboard describes a moment. A monitoring workflow has to maintain state across time. Once a user authorizes a watch, Fahali can compare the latest eligible evidence with the previous evaluation, separate a new development from a repeated observation, and preserve the resulting verdict and revision history.
The workflow can also deliver a monitor-only event to an approved destination. Webhook and agent-callback deliveries carry Fahali HMAC signatures and use stable delivery identifiers for receiver deduplication. Transport is at-least-once: if a request has already crossed the dispatch boundary when an unsubscribe commits, it may still arrive once. Ending the subscription fences new delivery work; the receiver must still verify and deduplicate an in-flight callback.
The distinction matters because persistence changes the customer job. The user no longer has to pull every signal, reconcile every contradiction and reconstruct what the system said yesterday. Fahali maintains the risk case and hands over the evidence when judgment is required.
A read that can be challenged
Fahali's response contract keeps several states separate: measured evidence and public-market proxies; fresh and expired inputs; no current finding and no coverage; a failed measurement and a measured empty result; directional conviction and general risk intensity.
Fahali preserves the strongest observation the evidence supports. It publishes a canonical directional judgment only when instrument identity, source completeness, freshness, finality and judged-performance gates clear. Otherwise that judgment remains withheld while eligible nonbinding observations stay visible.
Missing stays missing. Event-gated quiet stays quiet. Neither becomes zero, safe or a win.
This is not a product built to celebrate uncertainty. It is built to recover the most useful fact the evidence can support, then state the remaining limit precisely. A proxy does not become participant identity. An expired claim does not become current. Missing evidence does not become a reassuring zero.
For analysts and for agents
Human analysts and risk teams can use Fahali as a persistent second set of eyes—one that remembers the previous state and can return the evidence behind a change. AI developers can connect through the Model Context Protocol or REST, resolve instruments, ask what changed, retrieve a stored verdict and inspect its evidence.
The interface is capital-read-only and monitor-only, but it is not stateless. Fahali writes authorized watches, verdict histories and subscriptions so the monitoring lifecycle can persist. Those state changes cannot create a recommendation, an order or a path to capital.
An accountable record
Predictive claims admitted to Fahali's judged record are registered before their outcome exists. Unresolved claims stay open until their measurement horizon closes, and misses remain in the record. Performance is reported by eligible stratum with its base rate, sample and recall; when a headline does not clear its evidence gate, the headline is withheld.
Persisted watch verdicts bind their decision, evidence and content with SHA-256 hashes. Webhook and agent-callback delivery signatures are a separate mechanism. Together they make alteration detectable and support replay; they are not a universal signed-verdict attestation, a regulatory certification or a claim that the system cannot fail.
MONITOR_ONLY. Shorts, hedges, inverse products, options and derivatives require separate qualification. Personalized advice, portfolio discretion, execution, broker access, custody and capital movement are not authorized.
What comes next
Fahali's Gates 0–5 established a bounded production monitoring lifecycle. The next operating programme, Gate 6, is currently a control specification only: its recurring controls are not yet built and its observation clock has not started. Broader supervised customer access will wait for the required clean operating record, adversarial controls, incident drills and written oversight approvals.
Gate 6 will not turn Fahali into an adviser or trader. The product promise remains narrower and more useful: keep watching, show the work, preserve what changed, and make the boundary between evidence and action impossible to miss.
