Risk Ledger · Evidence & Uncertainty Layer

The record, kept honest.

Fahali sells verified lead time: hours of warning before danger reaches capital, with the misses on the record. This page is the ledger behind that claim — every judged call with its outcome, lead time measured per stratum, live coverage, and the claims Fahali refuses to make. Observation, not advice.

The Tape · live

Every judged call, hits and misses together.

The most recent judged signals across markets. Each carries its outcome — including the wrong ones. A miss stays on the record; it is never deleted.

Coverage · measured

What Fahali is watching right now.

Instruments eligible for scanning, what actually got scanned in the last cycle, and detections written in the last 24 hours — measured by the scan scheduler, never inferred from alert output.

Verified lead time · per stratum

How much warning, measured — not promised.

Median warning time by engine, horizon tier and regime. Strata only, no aggregate: a headline number would hide which stratum underperforms. Strata that fail the publication floor are withheld, not rounded up.

Honesty doctrine

What Fahali refuses to claim.

A claim that cannot be checked is a liability. These are refused by design, on every surface.

No single accuracy number
Any one "platform accuracy %" would hide the strata that underperform. The record is published per stratum, with the misses in it.
No engine count
A number of "engines" is a feature count, not evidence. What matters is what fired, what it said, and whether it was right.
No directional certainty
Fleet-level directional skill is measured as a coin flip and reported as such. Nothing on this page rounds that up.
No loss-prevention promise
Fahali observes and warns. It does not protect capital, route orders, or guarantee outcomes.
No tamper-proof claim
The record is tamper-evident: versioned judgment, published provenance, and a floor before which data is excluded. Evidence, not magic.
No rounded-up samples
Below the publication floor, numbers are withheld — refusal is a result, and an honest one.
How to read this page

What would change this record.

This ledger is not a dashboard of opinions. It is a register of claims, each registered before its outcome existed.

Registered before the outcome
Every signal is logged with its claim, horizon and confidence before the move it describes can happen. The record cannot be backfilled.
Judged by a versioned judge
Outcomes are scored against a volatility-scaled bar by a versioned judgment process. A quiet tape after a warning is a false positive — kept on the record.
A miss changes the next read
Wrong calls are not excused by narrative. They are kept, counted, and the strata they belong to are updated — including when that makes the record less impressive.
Staleness is stated, not hidden
When the aggregation is older than its freshness threshold, the page says the numbers are real but not current — and the claim tier drops.
Withheld is a state, not a gap
"Insufficient sample" is published as a result. A number below threshold is never replaced by a plausible stand-in.
Continuity is the moat
Every uninterrupted day of registration widens the record. Every outage permanently narrows it. That is why this page exists.

The ledger is the record; the insights page is the live read. When the read changes, the alert channel tells you what moved and why it matters.
